"HOT CHOCOLATE FONDANT WITH CARAMELIZED BANANA AND ITALIAN PISTACHIO, CARAMEL ICE CREAM AND SOUR CHERRY" from Altira Hotel's Aurora Restaurant here in Macau.
For my wife's birthday celebration, we started off with a great lunch from the restaurant. she ordered some salad for appetizer and i had a small portion of risotto with squid and i had a wagyu beef and she had a red snapper for main.
after lunch was spa day. spent almost the whole afternoon in the hotel's spa then ended the day with the friday night wine tasting promo of the same hotel. she did not drink anything with alcohol but she enjoyed the cheese and other bites.
