much like adobo, every region has its own recipe and way to cook it. this one is made from what we can find in our nearest supermarket.

Made it halfway through this project. I am glad. Just glad and not happy.

Glad that, so far I am able to do what this project is for. To use my camera more.

Glad that I am discovering and learning a lot. I guess that's the only way to go in this field, experience.

What I am not happy about is that as far as I've already gone with this thing, I still don't know what's missing. It's not there and I don't know what it is.

Let's see what happens in the next half. That's the only way to find out.
